About the Studio
Where are you based?
We are an independent design studio based in West London, UK.
Who creates the designs?
Every design begins as an original illustration by Natasha Wilson. Each wallpaper and fabric is drawn by hand or digitally illustrated before being developed into a repeating pattern in the studio.
Where are your products made?
All wallpapers, fabrics and cushions are produced in the UK by specialist manufacturers we trust for their quality and craftsmanship.
Materials & Production
How are the designs created?
Each design starts as an original illustration drawn by hand, before being carefully refined into a repeating pattern. Colour, texture and scale are considered so the final design translates beautifully onto walls and fabrics.
How are your wallpapers and fabrics printed?
Our wallpapers are printed in the UK on premium, FSC-certified substrates using high-quality digital printing for rich colour and fine detail.
Our cotton and linen fabrics are also printed in the UK to ensure a soft, natural finish.
What are your cushions made from?
Our cushions are made in small batches in the UK using our printed cotton or linen fabrics. Each cushion includes a concealed zip and a feather inner for a relaxed, luxurious feel.
Ordering & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the UK as standard. If you are based elsewhere, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?
Most of our wallpapers and fabrics are made to order. Please allow up to three weeks for your order to arrive, although many orders are delivered sooner.
Samples are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Estimated lead times for each product are shown on the product page at the time of ordering.
Are your wallpapers made to order?
Yes - to ensure quality and reduce waste, wallpapers are printed specifically for each order.
Returns & Support
What is your returns policy?
As many of our wallpapers and fabrics are made to order, returns are limited. However, we do understand that occasionally things don’t work out. In certain cases, we may accept the return of a single unopened wallpaper roll, provided it is in perfect, resellable condition and the return shipping is covered by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will of course make it right. Full details can be found in our Returns Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
