
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Everything you need to know.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, as long as it meets our returns policy as listed below.
General Returns

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to advise us of your intention to return your items and a total of 28 days to send your items back to us. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase and you have not notified us of your intention to return, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.

The goods need to be returned to us in their original packaging, unused and in a perfect sellable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Please note, due to the personalisation of our art prints, we will only refund or exchange if the item is deemed faulty.

Return and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a product is deemed faulty after the investigation process. We offer free returns for an item that is deemed faulty.
Faults

If you believe an item is faulty then please alert us by email within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will ask for photos and details of any faults to assist with our investigation. If deemed faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund to be sent to you.

We are pleased to offer free returns for any goods that are deemed faulty. Refunds or replacements will be arranged throughout the refund process.

​Exchanges

Exchanges of the same product are offered if your goods received are deemed faulty after the investigation process. If you would prefer a refund, please indicate as such during the communication and investigation period. Exchanges or refunds will be issued upon return and receipt of the original goods.

We do not offer exchanges for different products. If wish to purchase a different product, colour, or style, please follow the return process for your current goods.
Processing your refund

All items returned in accordance with our returns policy will be credited to the original payment method or store credit.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days from receipt of goods to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer. You will be notified via email once your goods have been received and the refund issued.
