Returns & Refunds
We take great care to ensure every order is produced and packed to the highest standard. Because many of our wallpapers and fabrics are made specifically for each order, returns are more limited. However, we always aim to be fair and helpful if something isn’t quite right.
Made-to-order items​
Most of our wallpapers and fabrics are printed specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not generally accept returns unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
That said, we do understand that occasionally things don’t work out. In certain cases, we may accept the return of one unopened wallpaper roll, provided it is in perfect, resellable condition and the return shipping is covered by the customer. Any such returns must be agreed with us in advance.

Faulty or incorrect items​
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We will cover return postage for any item confirmed to be faulty.

How to request a return​
To start a return, please email us at hello@fableandflairlondon.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will let you know the next steps and confirm whether a return has been approved.

Refunds​
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card provider.
